I bought one of these & loved it so much, I wanted another for back-up. The second one I ordered arrived with a CZ stone missing. I wrote to the company with a photo, and they offered to send another. Although they don’t routinely cover return shipping routinely, since this was defective, they offered to send a return shipping label with the new ring. I am now very happy.

Love “Peace”
