What is it made of?

Brass with a 14K gold plated or rhodium plated finish, set with cubic zirconia. It is not sterling silver.

How does a hand chain fit?

The chain wraps the wrist like a bracelet and runs across the back of the hand to a ring on your finger. The 6.5 inch wrist chain has a 2 inch extender.
